| I would say Imperial City is the best as it is heavily involved in alot of quests and there are lots of shops and houses i can steal from. |

| when I first started playing I liked Cheydinhal! and I was always a dark elf! very nice coincidence don't you think? now I'm on my 9'th game and Cheydinhal is still my favorite! |
